PG Department of Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics: An Overview
The Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics focusses on craniofacial growth and the development of the dentition & occlusion, while concentrating on prevention, correction of occlusal anomalies. Teaching program has been designed to provide a wide perspective and includes a range comprising of chair side discussions, seminars, journal club, journal review, case presentations with active faculty. State of art clinical and laboratory facilities with access to latest materials and appliances ensure that the department is a pioneer in clinical orthodontics including self -ligation, lingual orthodontics, implants and aesthetic orthodontics. The strength behind the success of the department is team of dedicated teaching faculty.

Lingual orthodontic training
To develop confidence to handle and manage academics, make scientific presentations through journal clubs, seminars, symposium, publications and presentations in conferences.
